Scam Alert: Pennsylvania officials warn residents of utility scam

As reported by Pocononews.ne Attorney General Kathleen Kane, Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission (PUC) Chairman Robert Powelson and the Office of Consumer Advocate today cautioned Pennsylvania residents to be diligent when weighing offers for electricity from door-to-door and telephone solicitors.
