California: Temecula Police arrest duo involved in property scam

As reported by Pe.com two men were arrested Friday, April 5, after an investigation found that they changed the locks of a vacant home in the 32000 block of Ritter Court in Temecula and falsely represented themselves as the managers of the property, authorities reported. Temecula police officers arrived at the home after a caller reported suspicious activity. Their investigation resulted in the arrest of Matthew Sinay, 23, and Brent Perry, 27, on suspicion of trespassing, burglary and conspiracy to commit burglary, according to a news release.
