Alamance, NC: 8 arrested over counterfeit money charges

As reported by Journalnow.com eight people have reportedly been arrested on charges related to counterfeit money in Alamance County. According to the Burlington Times-News, the investigation began Nov. 28 when deputies responded to the Kangaroo at 1031 N.C. 87 North in Elon. A clerk told deputies the store received counterfeit money from three people, but the suspects left before deputies arrived. Read Article
