Romania: Over 400 people fooled in online scam

A young man from Alexandria was arrested April 9, 2012 by the organized crime agents for stealing money from over 400 citizens. The defendant offered loans with very good interest rates, as long as the loners paid him a beginning fee to cover traveling costs.
