New York: Former Long Island Railroad conductor pleads guilty in disability scam

According to Fbi.gov Preet Bharara, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced today that Richard Ehrlinger, a former Long Island Railroad conductor, pled guilty today to charges related to the allegedly massive fraud scheme in which Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) workers claimed to be disabled upon early retirement so that they could receive disability benefits to which they were not entitled.
